3. Digital Template Purchases


3.1 No Refunds After Download

Due to the instant, digital nature of our PowerPoint templates, all sales are final once the download has been completed. Once you have accessed the download link and received the template file, we cannot offer a refund.

This policy exists because digital products cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense, and we have no way to verify that downloaded files have been deleted from your devices.


3.2 No Refunds for Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds based on change of mind, buyer's remorse, or if you decide the template does not meet your needs after download. We encourage you to carefully review template previews, descriptions, and specifications before making a purchase.


3.3 Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds for digital templates may be considered only in the following exceptional circumstances:

4. Custom Design Services


4.1 Cancellation by Customer

If you cancel a custom design project after payment has been processed, refunds will not be provided in full. The following deductions will apply:

If Place Plate fails to deliver your custom design project within the agreed timeline without proper communication or justifiable reason, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund.

4.3 Revisions and Dissatisfaction

Each custom design project includes up to three (3) revision rounds. If you are not satisfied with the design, we encourage you to use your included revisions to request changes. Refunds will not be granted if:
